BE-SSP-2R – Solar hot water tank with two coils

The solar hot water tanks from the BE-SSP series are enamelled hot water tanks made of steel (S 235 JR). A magnesium anode provides corrosion protection. Solar charging is by a smooth pipe coil in the lower half of the tank. The second smooth pipe coil, in the top half of the tank – the stand-by part for hot water – is used for additional heating and permits charging in two zones. An inflow absorber at the cold water inlet ensures optimum retention of stratification. All necessary connections are at hand; includes 2x 6/4" sleeves for electric screw-in heating elements. The tank stands on three feet. Up to 500 litres with fixed hard PU foam for insulation ( (λ = 0.034 W/mK). From 750 litres with polyester fibre fleece insulation, which must be ordered separately.
